The WolfeWorks™ Anual Rib Burn-Off    Every year we host the WolfeWorks™ Anual Rib Burn-Off here at our facility in Maple    Valley, Washington.    We started holding the event in 1998 as a private affair with a single chef and about    forty patrons.
